I look after all things data, architecture, engineering, science, analytics, to name a few.  My key focus is always driving as much value from the insight as possible and ensuring that benefit is realised.   

While many companies talk about work/life balance and wellbeing, often it can just be that, talk.  Emerald genuinely lives and breaths it and puts staff first.  I love the fact that I can run on my lunch break, start early and finish early, flex my working day to suit my lifestyle (within reason) and no one bats an eyelid!

I have always been interested in data and insight and how that can be used to drive efficiencies and improve effectiveness.  I love real life examples and stories such as 'The Big Short' and Sky Cycling's marginal gains philosophy as demonstrations of putting the art of the possible into practice.

Show a bit of spark, skills and knowledge can be learnt, attitude and behaviour are the key indicators for success to me.
